The scope of this policy
SCLAB understands that you are interested in how information about you is collected and used. SCLAB is committed to protecting the privacy of individuals who interact with us. SCLAB, Inc. incorporates this SCLAB Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") for our websites, services, and apps linked to this policy ("SCLAB"). This policy also details our privacy practices related to SCLAB marketing, advertising, and company events.
SCLAB is a Digital Transformations visualization management platform. We provide our clients with Digital Transformations visualization authoring tool services and related support, consulting, and other services. The SCLAB platform and related services are collectively referred to as the "Service" in this Privacy Policy. Emails, newsletters, and other marketing and advertising practices are collectively referred to as "communications."
For this Privacy Policy, "Personal Information" means any information relating to an identifiable or identifiable natural person.
We provide Digital Transformation content creation services to our customers. Data from the service is stored in the AWS cloud and MongoDB. When you use our services to process data you collect as to our customers, you control what data we collect, what data is uploaded to the service, and how it is used. The collection, use, transmission, and retention of customer data on our services is governed by our Customer Privacy Policy. As a data processor, we will work with you to control your data.
Information SCLAB Collects
SCLAB registration and customer support
You may fill out the SCLAB web form and register to use the SCLAB website or service, use service demos, visit the website, use the service, and provide information about you when responding. Advertise, contact SCLAB for support or other offers, or attend events or forums hosted or participated by SCLAB. In this process, we collect personal information about you. For example, we may collect your name, city and company name, address, email, phone number, billing and payment information, title, or title. SCLAB website and use of cookies
We use information collection tools such as cookies and web beacons to collect information when browsing our websites and services. We receive and store information about how you use our websites and services through these tools. For example, we receive information that your browser or device sends to our servers whenever you visit the SCLAB website. Your browser or device is the Internet Protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet, the type of computer and browser, version, language and time zone settings, browser plug-in type, operating system, and type of device used. When you visit the SCLAB website, your browser will determine what you have done on our website, the pages you have navigated to our website, and, where applicable, the search terms you enter into the search engine that leads to our website. Our servers collect similar information when you log in to our website or service.
We use first-party and third-party cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies depending on the information and options you provide when these technologies are used. We advertise online, including displaying SCLAB advertisements over the Internet on our websites and apps. Use of information collected by SCLAB

We may use the information we collect about you for marketing purposes and the following purposes:
- Email information about SCLAB, new releases, special offers, and similar marketing information.
- Provide information to customers and prospects in the form of electronic or printed newsletters. If you choose to subscribe to our newsletter, you can be added to our mailing list, and you will receive announcements and information about SCLAB. It will be sent by email or mail to the address provided at the subscription time.
- Contact us by phone to discuss our services and related offers.
- Show personalized ads
- We combine the information we collect about you with other public or private sources of information to provide you with communications that may be relevant to you.
We obtain your consent to use your data for marketing purposes, where applicable law requires. We collect information about you may be combined with information from third-party sources. - If you use a third-party product or service through SCLAB or purchase a license to show interest, the third party may contact you about your purchase or interest.

SCLAB may also share your personal information:

SCLAB Communications
You may opt out of receiving communications by modifying your website or service profile or unsubscribing to marketing mailings or newsletters that you no longer want. To cancel your subscription, submit your information via message or follow the "unsubscribe" instructions included in mailings, newsletters, or other communications we send to you. You can also send an email containing "rejection" in the body, along with a description of communications that you no longer want to receive.
Public chats, bulletin boards, and user posts
You may provide personal information through chat sessions, bulletin boards, user communities, blogs, email exchanges, or public participation in newsgroups on our website related to our services. Anyone with access to the website can use that information. This privacy policy does not apply to information you generally provide through such websites.
You may choose not to provide us with your personal information, but if you do not provide us with your information when requested, we may not provide or customize the websites and services you use.
Customer Content
Customers and their users may upload and share Content through the SCLAB service. When the Content is uploaded successfully, a link is provided for users to share the Content by sharing the link.
SCLAB is not responsible for the results of Content or Content uploading or content sharing via link sharing. SCLAB does not endorse the Content or any advice, suggestions, or opinions expressed in the Content.
Although SCLAB is not obligated to monitor Content, SCLAB may do so and may remove Content and prohibit the use of SCLAB services that may (or claim to) violate the licenses and usage rights outlined in the section.
Content Display License Customer grants: You are provided with a personal, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to access and use the Content through the SCLAB Services and use the Content by the terms of this Agreement, subject to a fee-for-service. In the event of low Credits, all data will be removed from SCLAB and the license will automatically shut down.
Ownership Rights
Except for the license set forth herein, no intellectual property rights are transferred by either party to the other party under this Agreement.
As between the parties, SCLAB owns all rights, including, but not limited to, all copyrights, including any content or trademarks contained in the SCLAB Services, except rights in the package in particular. Except for the rights expressly granted herein, Customer acquires no right, title, or interest in any SCLAB Services.
As between the parties, the Customer owns all rights in Customer Content, and SCLAB disclaims all rights in Customer Content.
However, Enterprise is delivered on-premises and licensed to the Customer.
Licenses and Use Rights
SCLAB grants you the following non-exclusive, non-transferable license for the duration of your use of the Service. Use the Device only for Customer's internal business purposes by the SCLAB service and use the Hosting System provided to Customer as part of Customer's SCLAB Services.
SCLAB will provide Customers with the necessary passwords, security protocols, policies, network links, or connections ("Access Protocols") to enable Customer and Customer Users to access SCLAB Services as described herein. No other access to SCLAB services or servers is permitted. Customers must allow users to access and use the features of the SCLAB service through an access protocol. The Customer may act as Administrator and select one or more users to control, administer, and use SCLAB Services on the Customer's behalf. The Customer is responsible for all problems of the user.
We may terminate the license and sue you if you encounter any of the following problems: Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or attempt to obtain or obtain knowledge of the source code from which the software components of the SCLAB Services are compiled or interpreted; modify the SCLAB Services or Documentation or otherwise modify the SCLAB Services or Documentation except with SCLAB's prior written consent; create a side effect; assign, sublicense, sell, resell, lease, lease or transfer or transfer your rights, pledge or pledge as security; build similar or competitive products or services; impair, interfere with or interfere with the integrity, performance, or use of the SCLAB Service. Customers will not hide, remove, obscure or alter any proprietary notices or legends regarding SCLAB's ownership of the SCLAB Services, trademarks or logos displayed as part of SCLAB's services. Customers must ensure that their use of the SCLAB Services complies with all applicable laws, statutes, regulations, or rules.
Customers and users may not upload and share offending Content with other Content transformation content; use the SCLAB Services for any illegal purpose or in any way that promotes illegal activity or may harm SCLAB reputation, infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party, violates any law applicable to the Content to engage. This includes uploading or sharing Content; imply that the Content was by SCLAB or its licensors; investigate, scan or test for vulnerabilities in a system or network, or violate or circumvent security or authentication measures. Includes measures that prevent or restrict the use or copying of Content or Content on the use of the SCLAB Service or materials accessible through the SCLAB Service; use the SCLAB Services for purposes other than uploading and sharing Content in this Agreement, including but not limited to selling access to the SCLAB Services, advertising, or promotional sales; impersonate or misrepresent SCLAB or any third party when providing Content or any content containing Content placed within the SCLAB Service or delivered through the SCLAB Service, or in any way impersonates or misrepresents SCLAB; interfere with or interfere with the services, servers, or networks of SCLAB. SCLAB may use white labeling services to use your logo, verbally and in writing, including website address and data visualization for that purpose.
Unless the Customer purchases additional support services, SCLAB will provide the Customer with the following standard support: Provision of updates, upgrades, enhancements, and other enhancements that SCLAB makes generally available to subscribers of the SCLAB application by SCLAB, in commercially reasonable efforts to correct errors in the SCLAB Services reported in writing to SCLAB and in SCLAB's sole discretion. The amount paid for services or coupons is non-refundable.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
From time to time, we may change or update this privacy policy. Changes and updates take effect 30 days after posting for existing users and may be notified by email if appropriate. For new users, these changes take effect immediately upon posting. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay up to date on our privacy practices.
